Anxiety is the most common disorder in the United States (Approximately 40 million, ages 18-54, ADAA Stats). Among those 40 million, half struggle with depression as well. Also, 60% never seek professional help. This creates emotional and financial hardship on families, businesses, and society. Roughly, 1 out of 2 marriage relationships fail, ending in divorce. This creates emotional and financial hardship on families, children, and society.
We, at Simply Grace, employ various tools and methodologies; such as, general psychology, practical spirituality and energy psychology in order to offer effective solutions to the client that addresses the conscious and the subconscious mind, and imbalances in the physical body.

Did you know that virtually every issue, reaction or negative pattern may be intertwined with feelings of unworthiness? Unworthiness is a debilitating, chronic and extremely painful emotion and belief in never being good enough.
“When we can let go of what other people think and own our story, we gain access to our worthiness—the feeling that we are enough just as we are and that we are worthy of love and belonging. When we spend a lifetime trying to distance ourselves from the parts of our lives that don’t fit with who we think we’re supposed to be, we stand outside of our story and hustle for our worthiness by constantly performing, perfecting, pleasing, and proving. Our sense of worthiness—that critically important piece that gives us access to love and belonging—lives inside of our story.”
Our services are offered on a donation basis. Many clients are experiencing financial hardship.Your prayers and monetary support help us continue to provide those services. Thank you!
